The Matti writing system forms the core of every inkjet printing solution. It comprises four essential subsystems:
Printbar
The Matti printbar is designed in a modular and flexible way, making it the basis for any application be it in a narrow or very wide context. The printbar is scalable in width and can accommodate inkjet modules of different vendors.
Ink Supply
Reliable ink supply at all speeds is critical. Our ink supply systems are scalable, maintain optimal ink temperature, control meniscus pressure, monitor fluid levels, and filter and degas the ink. The system constantly monitors remaining ink amounts and alerts the operator when it is time to change the container.
Inks
We provide a broad variety of inks suitable for different applications in graphic arts, packaging, decor, print-to-object, security and labels. These include aqueous pigment and dye inks, UV inks, primers, coatings, and specialty inks such as MICR and security inks.
Digital Front End
Our DFE system puts the operator in control with a central point of control. All information, input data and actions are collected in one convenient user interface that provides a consistent look and feel across all our digital inkjet presses.
