For a successful inkjet project, the optimal interaction of the customer-specific ink with the tailored machine in terms of functionality, reliability and cost is crucial.
The waveforms required for this are developed in our laboratory. Here, all necessary equipment as well as a sophisticated test environment are available in which various scenarios can be tested. We are also happy to make this competence available to you via our ink performance service.
Water-Based Pigment and Dye Inks
Aqueous or water-based pigment and dye inks are available in various variants suitable for printing on a broad range of substrates. Due to their different composition, these types of inks are well suited for the graphic arts industry, on coated and uncoated but also on flexible media.

UV Inks
UV inks are commonly used and supported by our equipment / machinery. In contrast to aqueous or water-based inks, ultra-violet (UV) inks use a photopolymer. When a certain amount of UV light is applied to the UV ink, this initiates the polymerisation process. Applying the full dose of UV light creates a fully polymerised print.
Primer / Coating
The performance of aqueous or water-based inks (both pigment and dye inks) heavily depends on the substrate used. Primers or coatings can help improve results and increase media flexibility.
For this reason, we offer you a variety of primers that have been developed and tested for different application scenarios.

Specialty Inks - MICR and Security Ink
