The Matti Printbar is designed in a modular and flexible way, making it the basis for any application — whether for very narrow or very wide print dimensions. The printbars are scalable in width and can be equipped with inkjet printheads from various manufacturers. Our printbars are designed to be easy to maintain, reducing the need for expensive specialists for on-site maintenance.
In most cases, you and your staff can keep the system healthy and perform necessary tasks with minimal effort and low downtime.
Even a press standstill is no longer an issue: depending on the inkjet module used, the Matti Printbar can be equipped with cassettes that hold the inkjet modules. This makes changing modules equally fast and easy. Since the inkjet modules are pre-aligned in the cassette, realignment is not necessary.
Mono, Process Colour (CMYK), White and Orange / Green / Violet (OGV)
Our printbars are a fundamental component of the printing system. In combination with the other components of the printing system, configurations are possible as mono systems or CMYK systems. Depending on the application, they can even be expanded to include white and gamut expansion via additional printbars for Orange, Green or Violet (OGV).
Small, medium or large print width
Depending on the inkjet module used, the printbars can have different print widths, which are a multiple of the number of inkjet modules used and the characteristic width of the inkjet module. Typical print widths are 200-600 mm. For special applications such as flooring or decoration, they can be up to 4,000 mm.
