Since its foundation in 1995, the Matti Group has been working together with the largest players in the digital inkjet web industry. Many well-known digital inkjet presses that are available on the market and that have been built thousands of times had their origins at Matti and are still produced in our factory in Switzerland.

We are an experienced team of highly skilled and motivated engineers that support the ideas of our OEM partners. Frequently, we also proactively approach our OEM partners with our own product ideas — particularly when the envisioned product fits a market segment that our OEM partner does not yet cover.

Engineering capabilities

Our expertise encompasses not only turnkey industrial inkjet solutions. We also support you with:

• Design, prototyping and serial manufacturing of digital inkjet writing systems — print-head independent
• Design, prototyping and serial manufacturing of substrate transports for paper, folding carton, flexible materials and others
• Subsystems such as die-cutting, perforating, cutting and stacking units
• (N)IR / hot-air / UV drying
• Software development (machine control and digital front-end)

Our co-engineering process is focused on a true partnership between the two engaged companies. It starts well before development with consultancy tasks, runs through an efficient development process and results in a high-end product. This partnership typically extends over many years into the service and support aspects of the mutually developed product.
