CEO / Sales
Thomas holds degrees in electrical engineering and business administration. He acquired the Matti Group and has been serving as its CEO ever since, with responsibilities spanning corporate strategy and the collaborative definition of company goals together with his team. Thomas brings many years of experience in both SMEs and large enterprises, a structured approach to navigating complex projects, and a strong instinct for identifying the critical details early on.
COO
Michael Brouwer is a graduate engineer in production and manufacturing technology with over 30 years of industrial experience — from toolmaker to managing director and independent consultant across various industries and international companies. His focus is on organisational and process optimisation, based on his activities as a development engineer for products and portfolio management, as well as a team leader. For Matti Technology AG, he combines solid expertise in toolmaking, plastics technology and precision mechanics with leadership experience in Swiss and international industrial structures.
CTO
Japhet Schmid is the CTO of Matti Group. With degrees in electronics and mechanical engineering, he leads the technological development at the company, driving innovations in high-speed inkjet printing systems. He also supports the sales team, translating customer requirements to concepts and solutions.
